Acceptance Deadline
You have 14 days from the date on your offer letter to accept your place and pay the acceptance fee. This deadline ensures we can reserve your spot in classes, arrange housing if needed, and prepare for your arrival. Late acceptances may be subject to space availability.
Acceptance Fee
A non-refundable acceptance fee of KES 5,000 is required to confirm your enrollment. This fee is applied toward your first semester’s tuition and can be paid via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or credit card through our secure payment portal.

Log into your student portal and navigate to the payments section to submit your KES 5,000 acceptance fee. You'll receive immediate confirmation and your official admission letter will be updated to reflect your accepted status.
Upload clear copies of your original KCSE certificate, national ID, and any other required documents. International students must provide passport copies and academic equivalency certificates if applicable.
Within 48 hours of accepting your offer, you'll receive your official welcome email with next steps, orientation details, and access to the new student portal where you can begin course registration.
