With over 20 years of experience in higher education management, healthcare training, and institutional development, Dr. Ritara combines academic rigor with practical industry insight.

Under his leadership, Goshen has expanded into a fully-fledged medical and technical college, introducing market-driven programs in healthcare, ICT, and community development. He is passionate about aligning Goshen’s mission with Kenya Vision 2030, producing graduates who are not only employable but also innovative and socially responsible.

Dr. Ritara holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, a Master’s in Public Health, and a Bachelor’s in Business and ICT. His expertise spans curriculum design, organizational leadership, and policy development, making him a respected voice in both education and healthcare circles.
